Living Springs Excel Evangelical International Ministries

The Board of Directors of Living Springs Excel Evangelical International Ministries is responsible for providing spiritual and administrative leadership, ensuring the organization's mission is upheld, and overseeing its strategic direction. The Board operates in accordance with the ministry’s values and principles, working towards the spiritual and social well-being of the community.

Board Composition
The Board of Directors shall consist of a diverse group of individuals committed to the vision and mission of the ministry. The board shall include the following positions:

Chairperson: ( Shirley Castle )

Provides overall leadership and presides over board meetings.

Vice-Chairperson: ( Yolandi Yolisa A)

Assists the Chairperson and assumes responsibilities in their absence.

Secretary: Masande Manashe

Maintains official records, documents minutes, and oversees correspondence.

Treasurer: ( Yolandi Yolisa A )

Manages financial oversight, budgeting, and reporting.

Board Members: Contribute to decision-making and support the ministry’s initiatives.

Responsibilities
The Board of Directors shall be responsible for:

• Upholding the ministry’s mission, vision, and values.
• Establishing policies and ensuring proper governance.
• Providing financial oversight and ensuring transparency.
• Supporting and evaluating the ministry’s leadership.
• Facilitating fundraising and community outreach programs.
• Engaging in strategic planning for future growth.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Meetings and Decision-Making
The Board shall meet regularly, at least quarterly, with additional meetings as necessary. Decisions shall be made by a majority vote, with a quorum required for official actions. Special meetings may be convened in cases of urgency.
